• Armentara meadows, like heaven on earth under the Santa Croce mountain, near La Valle.
• Fanes, one of the most beautiful places in the Dolomites, it takes about 4 hours from the Capanna Alpina to the Rifugio Fanes. More information at the reception.
• Flowering time in the Dolomites and alpine roses, from June to end of August. Best around Puez and Piz Sorega. Take a rest and soak in the perfumes and colours.
• Gardenaccia, the trail starts in La Villa, just west of the church and ends at the rifugio Gardenaccia. For some people it may look a little steep, but the views are fantastic. Look for chamois in this region!
