Rates in added beds: up to one year free of charge, from 1 to 3 years € 35,00.- per day, from 3 to 6 years € 60,00.- per day, from 6 to 12 years € 85,00.- per day, from 12 years on -20% (-50% in the Junior Suite and Suite). The rates include overnight stay and breakfast, taxes, service and VAT.
Pet animals: € 15/25,00.- per day depending on the size of the animal, no meal included (access only at the Restaurant Wine Bar & Grill);
Garage: € 14,00.- per day (open from 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.)
All our rooms are no smoking. In the lobby there is a separate smoking room for our guests.
TERMS OF RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION
LOW SEASON:
• Reservation: to guarantee the booking we require a deposit "caparra" of 3 nights or a number of credit card with expiry date and security code on which to charge, prior authorization, the amount depending to the reservation.
• Cancellation:
• in case of partial or complete cancellation up to 22 days before arrival no penalty will be charged.
• in case of partial or complete cancellation after 21 days and up to 7 days before arrival we reserve the faculty to withhold the deposit "caparra" sent us as on the Italian Civil Code art 1385, if we cannot resell the room.
• In case of no arrival-no show or cancellation after 6 days before arrival, we reserve the faculty to withhold the deposit "caparra" sent us and to charge on the credit card the compensating amount the reservation.
• In case of anticipated departure or delayed arrival, the equal amount to the nights lacking regarding the reservation contract will be charged.
• For bookings received more than 6 days prior to arrival, we require advanced payment for the full amount of the booking.
PEAK SEASON & HIGH SEASON
• Reservation: to guarantee the booking we require a deposit "caparra" of 3 nights or a number of credit card with expiry date and security code on which to charge, prior authorization, the amount depending to the reservation. • Cancellation: • in case of partial or complete cancellation up to 31 days before arrival no penalty will be charged. • in case of partial or complete cancellation after 30 days and up to 16 days before arrival we reserve the faculty to withhold the deposit "caparra" sent us as on the Italian Civil Code art 1385, if we cannot resell the room. • In case of no arrival-no show or cancellation after 15 days before arrival, we reserve the faculty to withhold the deposit "caparra" sent us and to charge on the credit card the compensating amount the reservation. • In case of anticipated departure or delayed arrival, the equal amount to the nights lacking regarding the reservation contract will be charged. • For bookings received more than 10 days prior to arrival, we require advanced payment for the full amount of the booking. • Payment: for the final balance we accept cash, Visa, Eurocard, Master Card, American Express.
