Consumer behaviour – We shall shop locally, when possible publishing menus that emphasize seasonal fare that is bought nationally.

Hygiene, Health and Safety – We shall acknowledge the need for a pleasant and productive work environment, implementing greener practices where possible, i. e. no smoking policy in the hotel, ensure adequate air circulation and quality, green training of all our staff .
