Manuel Sagredin moved to the Badia Valley after many years of apprenticeship and passion for cooking, which he experienced since his childhood.
The menu he proposes is the result of his research for first class ingredients, not forgetting the Italian and local tradition. From rich salads and home made pasta dishes, he moves on to grilled specialities with special emphasis in keeping his cuisine light and simple.
