Born in Salerno he discovers his addiction to cooking in early years. The tastes and composition of his dishes with Mediterranean ingredients reflect his southern Italian roots. A part from regular cooking school he takes part in numerous cooking classes and workshops where he learns the skills of new cooking techniques.
The creation of his unique dishes always denotes the area where he is in with its seasonality and local traditions.
During his career he always respected and added his notes and colours to those dishes that were traditionally served in the area with worked in. Pasquale’s love to cuisine and skills are able to awaken in one simple dish all of the human senses.
