The rates are per day and room in double occupancy and include breakfast, taxes and service. |

Rates in added beds: up to one year free of charge, from 1 to 3 years € 35,00.- per day, from 3 to 6 years € 60,00.- per day, from 6 to 12 years € 85,00.- per day, from 12 years on -20% (-50% in the Junior Suite and Suite). The rates include the stay with breakfast.
Pet animals: € 18/28,00.- per day without food (access only at the Restaurant Wine Bar & Grill);
Garage € 16,00.- per day (open from 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.)
Check-in starting 3 pm. and check out within 11.00 am.
All our rooms are no smoking.
In the lobby there is a separate smoking room for our guests.

Terms of reservation and cancellation
Reservation: to guarantee the booking we require a deposit "caparra" of 3 nights or a number of credit card with expiry date and security code on which to charge, prior authorization, the amount depending to the reservation.
Cancellation:
- in case of partial or complete cancellation up to 22 days before arrival no penalty will be charged.
- in case of partial or complete cancellation after 21 days and up to 7 days before arrival we reserve the right to withhold the deposit (caparra) sent to us, in accordance with Italian Civil Code article 1385, if we are unable to resell the room.
- in case of no arrival-no show or cancellation after 6 days before arrival, we reserve the right to withhold the deposit (caparra) sent to us, and to charge the reservation balance due on the credit card.
- in case of delayed arrival or early departure, we reserve the right to charge the total amount of the reservation, including unused nights.
- For bookings received more than 6 days prior to arrival, we require advance payment for the full amount of the booking.
Payment: For the final balance we accept cash (within the terms of law, decree nr. 201/2011 approved starting Dec 6th, 2011), Visa, Eurocard, Master Card, American Express.
