Beautiful Alta Badia
and outstanding Dolomites

Dolomites Unesco World Heritage

Since June 26th 2009, the Dolomites are listed as a Unesco Natural World Heritage site and are as such one of the specially protected natural and cultural monuments in the world.

The Dolomites’ bizarre rock formations extend across 150 km lengthwise and 80 km widthwise. With its highest peak, the Marmolada mountain (3,334 m) and 17 other mountains, all higher than 3,000 metres above sea level, the Dolomites offer a breathtaking scenery and unforgettable views.
