A weekend with four Michelin-starred dining in the meadows

Discover an authentic culinary weekend stay for food and wine lovers where St. Hubertus’ original concept “Cook the mountain” goes back to its origins. On Sunday, the three Michelin-starred and green starred St. Hubertus moves to 2000 metres high to the family-owned meadows and cabin situated on the Piz Sorega plateau offering breath-taking views with its own special energy. Early morning, guests and chefs will begin the journey and hike up towards the cabin, foraging wild herbs, mushrooms and other ingredients which will be used to prepare an unforgettable lunch on the wooden fire. Non hikers may take the cable car to the top of the mountain followed by a gentle walk of 15 minutes down to the hut. At noon the experience begins with an aperitivo, followed by a five-course lunch on the Pre Isti hut terrace.
