Wellness treatments
Drawing on the healing power of nature, Rosa Alpina’s spa menu includes body scrubs and wraps, massages, facials, foot reflexology, specialist therapies and a range of beauty treatments, as well as signature spa journeys. All are customised to suit individual needs after a personal consultation. Every treatment begins with a soothing foot ritual incorporating mountain herbs, natural salt and Aroma essential oil, and the treatments themselves are enjoyed by candlelight, with gentle music. After your treatment, relax with herbal tea and healthy, homemade refreshments in the calming spa lounge.
Movement options include yoga, Pilates and personal training.
